Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

The delivery time is calculated as the order processing/handling time plus shipping transit time. Our standard processing time for bulk Human Braiding Hair is 1 to 3 business days. However, microlinks, tape-ins, wigs, and similar items may require 6 to 8 business days for processing. Additional processing time is needed for colored hair.

Most orders are shipped directly from our factory in China via DHL Express or FedEx. And once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

For deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, please note that delivery may take up to 2 weeks. We recommend providing a physical address for faster delivery.

For international shipments, the consignee/buyer is responsible for importing the goods and paying any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/SAPERATE DELIVERYIf your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of them is out of stock, we may ship them to you separately. Secondly, we will contact you about the out of stock item to arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
